Admission at RPS

REGISTRATION AND ADMISSION
  • Registration of the child should be made prior to the admission.
  • Registration Forms are to be filled in and submitted to the school office with Registration Fee.
  • After Registration entrance test will be conducted on a scheduled day.
  • Registration does not imply admission. Admission is subject to clearance of entrance test and availability of seats.
  • The Registration fee is not refundable.
AGE CRITERIA FOR ADMISSION Minimum age limit as on Ist April of the year of admission. Nursery 3 ½ Years K.G. 4 ½ Years Class 1 5 ½ Years. Entrance Test
  • There will be entrance test based on the syllabus of previous class followed by interview of the studentsseeking admission to different classes.
  • The School reserves the right of accepting or refusing admission to any child who seeks admission to the school.
Admission Forms
  • Selected candidates must pay the fees within two days after declaration of result.
  • The Admission Forms should be accompanied by six photograph (Passport Size) of the child and an attested photocopy of birth certificate.
  • For admission to class II onwards a Transfer certificate from the previous school must be submitted along with the Admission Forms.
Payment of Fees The payment of fee is done in three installments.
  • 1st installment to be paid at the time of admission (March).
  • 2nd installments to be paid in July.
  • 3rd installment to be paid in November.
  • At the time of admission, along with the first fee installment, admission fee and other annual charges will also have to be paid.
  • If a student fails to pay the school dues within the specified period, alate fee of rupees 10/ day will be charged for the next 15 days after which the student’s name will be struck off the rolls and thechild will have to be readmitted after seeking the approval of Principal and making full payment of school dues and late fee.
  • Fee once paid is not refundable for any reason. Only security fee will be refunded after making necessary adjustment as required.
Withdrawal
  • Parents have to give one month’s notice for withdrawal of their ward(s) failing which a month’s fee in lieu of notice will be charged.
  • A student can also be asked to leave the school on ground of indiscipline or unsatisfactory progress in studies.
  • Security will be refunded after one month from the date of withdrawal. No interest will be paid on the security held by the school.
