Classes & Curriculum
- The school offers education from nursery to class XII (all streams).
- The school follows syllabi prescribed by CBSE, New Delhi and provides facilities to the children for studying various subjects including science, languages and life skills.
- Regular physical training will be given by trained instructors who will also supervise games like cricket, football, badminton, table tennis, swimming, skating and martial arts.
- Periodical weekly tests and two terminal examinations (SA1, SA2) will be conducted every year for classes 3 to 12.
- Weightage will be given to marks of weekly tests and academic activities in final assesment
- Progress Report will be prepared and sent to parents after every test/examination.
- School timings are subject to alteration in consultation with parents or as per decision of the school authorities.
- School timings in summer will be 8.00 a.m. to 1.30 p.m. and in winter 8.30 a.m. to 2.00 p.m. with suitable lunch break
- Parents can meet the Principal on all working days after 11.00 a.m.
- Parents can meet the teachers by fixing an appointment telephonically.
- Parents must make it a point to attend parent teachersmeeting (PTM) on a regular basis.
- Parents should not disturb the teaching by entering the class room in the school hours. They can meet the teacher on parent-Teachers meeting or as per pre-fixed appointment. Parents are expected to cooperate with the school in its attempt to help their children progress at work. They should check the DIARY of their ward daily to see if any notice or remarks have been issued by the class teacher for their information.
- Parents are expected to inform the school if there is any change of address/telephone nos.
- Parents must send a duly signed written note to the school office while sending somebody to take the child from the school.
- Any communication made by the Parents should be addressed to the Principal.
- Parents must sign the progress report and sent it to school within three days.
- Parents must also sign the weekly test answer seats / notebooks.
- Child suffering from any contagious or infectious disease should not be sent to school till he/she is fully recovered.
- No student will be allowed to leave the class to meet the parents for any reason.
- 75% attendance is compulsory for all students to appear in the final examination held at the end of the academic year.
- No leave will be granted except on an application from parents/guardians. Repeated absence without leave or unexplained absence for more than ten days renders the student liable to have his/her name struck off the rolls.
- A student returning to school after suffering from any disease will have to produce a fitness certificate from the concerned doctor permitting him/her to attend the school.
